<br />sioners of Indian River County; Florida will meet
<br />at the Indian River County Administration Build-
<br />ing, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, FL, .tu con-
<br />sider approval of the issuance of not exceeding
<br />84,800.000 of industrial development revenue re-
<br />funding bonds of Indian River County ;10 • be
<br />issued for the purpose of loaning the proceeds

<br />the financing agreement it shall enter Into with
<br />Florida Convalescent Centers. Inc. or. such other,
<br />agreements as Indian River Count/ shall ap-
<br />prove, except to the extent they are payable from
<br />refunding bonds proceeds. Such refunding
<br />bonds and the interest thereon shall not consti-
<br />tute an indebtedness or pledge of the general
<br />credit or taxing power of Indian River County or
<br />the State of Florida. Issuance of the refunding
<br />bonds of Indian River County shall be subject to
<br />several conditions, including satisfactory docu-
<br />mentation, and approval by counsel as to the
<br />tax-exempt status of the interest on the refund-
<br />ing bonds. The aforementioned meeting shall be
<br />a public meeting and all personsh tmaayy heard
<br />In-
<br />terested will be given an opportunity
<br />concerning the same.
<br />Anyone who may wish to appeal any declsion
<br />which may be made at this meeting will need to'
<br />ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings
<br />is made, which includes testimony and evidence
<br />upon which the appeal is based.

<br />closing on the refunding of the referenced industrial
<br />development revenue bonds, the County has scheduled a public
<br />hearing to discuss the attached resolution for TEFRA notice.
