The Chairman asked if anyone wished to be heard. <br />Attorney Chris Marine came before the Board representing #14 <br />Corporation, owner of a portion of the easternmost parcel on the <br />north side of SR 60, and spoke in favor of the node being <br />increased. <br />The Chairman determined that no one further wished to be <br />heard. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved staff's <br />recommendation to amend the Comprehensive Plan by <br />enlarging the I-95/SR 60 Commercial/Industrial Node <br />from 650 to 795 acres. Said amendment will be in- <br />cluded in the overall ordinance adopted when all <br />Comprehensive Plan amendments have been acted on. <br />AMEND COMP PLAN TO ENLARGE OSLO ROAD/74TH AVE.
