McCoy/) ��' REFERENCES: marbella <br />JOHN <br />Staff Planner <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of March 29, 1988. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Lloyd and Associates, -Inc. has submitted a request to receive <br />special exception conceptual PRD plan approval on behalf of <br />Marbella, Inc. The application will cover the old Marsh Island <br />project. <br />The PRD application will overlay some of -the existing facilities <br />constructed under the Marsh Island approval. <br />The development proposal is to cluster several multiple family <br />buildings around the marina and other recreational facilities and <br />plat the remainder of the project as single-family lots. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended 6-0 to approve the <br />conceptual plan at their February 25, 1988 meeting, with the <br />conditions stated at the end of this report. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />1. <br />Area of Property: 28.43 acres <br />2.
