(G) Section 7: establishes "enclosed" outdoor storage as a <br />permitted accessory use in the CH district. Such storage <br />areas must be enclosed by a wall or opaque fence having a <br />minimum 6' height. <br />(H) Section 8: allows in the CH district a 0' rear yard set back <br />when the rear property line abuts a railroad track. This <br />rear yard setback "waiver" is currently provided for in the'IL <br />and IG districts. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners adopt the <br />proposed ordinance amendments. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone wished to be heard.
