Commissioner Wheeler preferred to wait until the Marine <br />Advisory Committee has had an opportunity to look at this before <br />directing staff to prepare an ordinance. <br />Commissioner Bird stated he would feel better if the Motion <br />directed staff to start preparation of an ordinance after looking <br />at all of the alternatives. <br />THE MOTION WAS AMENDED to direct staff to begin preparation <br />of an ordinance,Iook at all alternatives, and have it reviewed by <br />the Marine Advisory Committee before bringing it back to the <br />Board. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
