Public Works Director Jim Davis advised that there will have <br />to be some metal work done to support the extinguishing system, <br />which would be in addition if we don't go with the roof. <br />Chairman Scurlock supported whatever it takes to put in the <br />extinguishing system, and delay putting the roof in until next <br />year's budget. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />Alternative No. 3 of staff's recommendation, and <br />directed staff to bring back final figures to the <br />Board when they get the final bids. <br />DATA PROCESSING SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE NEEDS FOR DEPT.
