The <br />bidders are: <br />a. Alsay Inc., Ft. Pierce, Florida <br />b. Diversified Drilling Corporation, Tampa, Florida <br />c. Meredith Corporation, Orlando, Florida <br />d. Southwest Water Wells, Inc., Ft. Myers, Florida <br />ANALYSIS <br />The bids were compared on an item by item basis following the bid <br />price tabulations, which are attached. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve and authorize the awarding of this <br />contract to the low bidder, Alsay Inc., of Ft.
