Wiegers746j <br />REFERENCES: garden grove <br />Staff Planner CURDEV <br />It is requested that the following information be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of April 12, 1988. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Garden Grove PRD Phase I Plat is a proposed 91 lot phase of a <br />total 240 lot subdivision located on the east side of U.S. #1, <br />north of Midway Estates Mobile Home Park and west of Vero Shores <br />Subdivision. The zoning classification of the site is RS-6/RM-6 <br />(6 dwelling units/acre). The land use designation is LD -2 (6 <br />dwelling units/acre). The proposed density for the overall Garden <br />Grove Development is 4.12 units/acre. <br />The Board of County Commissioners granted conceptual PRD plan <br />approval for the overall subdivision on August 25, 1988. At its <br />regular meeting of September 10, 1987, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission granted preliminary PRD approval to the Garden Grove <br />PRD. Subsequently, the developer obtained a land development <br />permit from the Public Works Department to construct all <br />subdivision improvements. <br />The owner/developer, Garden Grove Associates, Inc., is now <br />requesting that final plat approval be granted to the Garden Grove <br />PRD Phase I plat with the understanding that the developer, shall, <br />prior to final plat approval being given by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its meeting of April 12, 1988: <br />APR 12 1988 <br />10 <br />BOOK 72 Fdce 10 <br />
