TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE FOR ENGINEERING <br />Administrator Balczun reviewed the following: <br />TO : CHARLES P. BALCZUN <br />: COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />SUBJECT : TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE FOR ENGINEERING <br />DATE : APRIL 5, 1988 <br />We have been notified by the Engineering Division that clerical <br />employee Becky Farquer will be on a medical leave of absence for <br />a period of six weeks beginning April 18, 1988. The office has <br />requested that a temporary employee be secured for the period of <br />Ms. Farquer's absence. <br />I recommended that we petition the Board of County Commissioners <br />to allow the hiring of a temporary Clerk for the Engineering <br />Division. The maximum period authorized for the temporary would <br />be for up to six weeks. The temporary assignment would not last <br />beyond May 27, 1988. <br />Funds to pay the temporary person are available in Engineering's <br />personal services budget category through salary savings. <br />m.
