WHEREAS, Florida Statutes require that the Board of County <br />Commissioners pass a resolution authorizing the transmittal of <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendments to the Department of Community <br />Affairs of the State of Florida for a mandatory ninety day review <br />period, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the enclosed <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment applications, staff recommendations, <br />and the recommendations of the local planning agency are hereby <br />authorized for transmittal to the Department of Community Affairs <br />for a mandatory ninety day review period. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered.by Commissioner <br />Eggert <br />who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Bowman <br />vote was as follows: <br />and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Gary Wheeler Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C.
