Davis, P.E. <br />Public Works Director <br />Payment of additional Survey Services <br />Indian River Boulevard South Extension <br />LETTER: Edgar Schlitt to Jim Davis dated Apr. <br />DATE: April 14, 1988 <br />1, 1988 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />A construction easement was necessary for a storm sewer pipe along <br />Mr. Ed Schlitt's property south of WalMart, as a part of the <br />Indian River Boulevard Phase II construction project. <br />This easement resulted in additional survey services by Mr. <br />Schlitt on his property. The County's consultant, Kimley-Horn <br />and Associates, was not in error, but staff simply overlooked <br />securing the easement. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that Mr. Schlitt be paid $1,274.44 for survey <br />services that he incurred due to the easement. Funding to be from <br />Fund 304, Indian River Boulevard South Construction. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously authorized <br />payment of $1,274.44 to Ed Schlitt for survey expenses <br />as recommended by staff. <br />I.R.BOULEVARD AT 53RD ST. & U.S.HIGHWAY.1 INTERSECTION <br />Administrator Bal-czun reviewed the following memo and <br />attachment, noting that these parcels ,are on either side of the <br />intersection: <br />APR 28 19 <br />63 <br />ROOK 72 ,gE 222 <br />
