Chairman Scurlock asked why we aren't holding this supplier <br />to their original bid since there is no provision to change the <br />price, and Attorney Vitunac advised that there is an out for both <br />parties with a 30 -day notice and they would just get out of the <br />contract. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved staff's recommendation as set out in <br />the above memo. <br />2.
