Prior to site plan release, the applicant shall dedicate <br />8.05' of property for 1st Place right-of-way and 20' of <br />property for the 27th Avenue right-of-way; and <br />2. Prior to Certificate of Occupancy being issued, the applicant <br />shall: <br />a. post security for a 4' wide sidewalk along the project's <br />27th Avenue frontage; and <br />b. either post security for the paving of 1st Place or join <br />in an approved petition paving application for lst- <br />Place. <br />Natalie Lepore came before the Board and submitted the - <br />following petition signed by 16 residents of the area objecting <br />to the church being allowed access on 1st Place: <br />PETITION <br />ATTENTION: County Commissioners <br />SUBJECT: Faith United Fellowship, 180 27th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL <br />As residents of the above mentioned neighborhood, we respectfully <br />request: <br />1. That said church be denied permission to convert a single family home <br />into a place of worship at this address; <br />2.
