Utilities: The site utilizes an on-site well and septic <br />system. -These improvements have been approved by the State <br />Department of Environmental Health. <br />12. Special Exception Criteria: The following special exception <br />criteria are applicable: <br />1. The applicant will escrow money for a sidewalk along <br />27th Avenue, to comply with the RS -6 sidewalk require- <br />ment. <br />3.
