Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: June 27, 1988 <br />RE: AGENDA - BCC MEETING 7/5/88 <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY'S MATTERS <br />Indian River County was recently sued by Margaret Wynn, and <br />our Insurance company has retained its chosen legal counsel <br />to defend the.Board of County Commissioners pursuant to the <br />policy. As is customary, the County is being asked to sign <br />the attached Non -Waiver Agreement, which Indicates that by <br />defending the Board the Insurance company is not waiving any <br />defenses It may have regarding the policy exceptions. . <br />Staff recommends execution of this agreement. <br />63 <br />
