The City of Palm Beach
settled with the out-of-state contractor, and the contractor is
suing Post -Buckley for failure of performance on a specified
material.
Director Pinto realized that there has been a lot of comment
on the matter, but he didn't feel there was a negative there
JUL 12 198831 now 73 fani 237
