<br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal
<br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their
<br />regular meeting of July 26, 1988.
<br />DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS
<br />The county has initated a request to rezone five parcels
<br />consisting of approximately 4 acres. The request is to rezone
<br />these parcels from RM -6, Multi -Family Residential District (up to
<br />6 units/acre to CG, General Commercial. The subject parcels are
<br />situated on the east side of U.S. 1, east of the Vero Beach City
<br />Limits and south of the 450 acre Hospital/Commercial Node
<br />situated at the intersection of 37th Street and U.S. 1.
