CHEATH <br />It is requested that the data herein be given formal consideration <br />by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular meeting of <br />July 19, 1988. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Rustic Dimensions, Incorporated, a <br />Florida Corporation, owner of the subject property, for the release <br />of a two (2) foot portion of the easterly ten (10) foot utility and <br />drainage easement of Lot 20, Block "K", Stevens Park Subdivision, <br />Unit No. One, Section 16, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, Indian <br />River County, Florida; according to the Plat thereof as recorded in <br />Plat Book 4, Page 53, of the Official Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. It is the petitioner's intent to construct a <br />single-family residence on the property; the release of a -portion of <br />the easement is requested to allow for the extension of roof eaves <br />over the easement. <br />The current zoning classification of the property is RS -6, <br />Single -Family Residential District. The Land Use Designation is <br />LD -2, Low Density Residential, allowing up to six (6) units per <br />acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone Company, <br />Florida Power and Light Company, Florida Cablevision Corporation, <br />and the Indian River County Utility Department and Engineering <br />Division.
