<br />RECOMMENDATION:
<br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a resolution;
<br />the release of the westerly two (2) feet of the easterly ten (10)
<br />foot utility and drainage easement of Lot 20, Block "K", Stevens
<br />Park Subdivision, Unit No. One, Section 16, Township 33, Range 39
<br />East, Plat Book 4, Page 53, of the Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
