McCoy REFERENCES: Sea oaks <br />Staff Planner JOHN <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of August 2, 1988. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Lakeside Villas A is a 4 lot subdivision of a multi -family <br />development, located at the southwest corner of the. Sea Oaks <br />project. The subject property is zoned RM -6, Multi -Family <br />Residential (up to 6 units/acre) and has an LD -21 Medium Density <br />Residential (up to 6 units/acre) land use designation. At its <br />regular meeting of February 11, 1988, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission granted preliminary PRD approval for this project, <br />including a plat. r <br />The owners, Sea Oaks, Inc., are ::now requesting that final plat <br />approval be granted for the Lakeside Villas A and have submitted: <br />1. a final plat, substantially .in conformance with the approved <br />preliminary PRD plan and plat.. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />All required improvements have been constructed and have been <br />inspected and approved by the Public Works and Utilities Depart- <br />ments. The final plat is substantially in conformance with the _ <br />approved preliminary PRD plan, and all requirements for final plat <br />approval have been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval to Lakeside Villas A. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />granted final plat approval to Lakeside Villas A, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />4 <br />BOOK. 3 " -1 <br />
