3. Future Water Agreement between IRC and Alberta Bourn, Et Al <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 7/25/88: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: July 25, 1988 <br />RE: AGREEMENT - BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />AND ALBERTA BOURN, ET AL re: FUTURE WATER <br />Board Meeting - August 2, 1988 <br />Attached is a form of agreement which staff recommends be <br />executed by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of County <br />Commissioners. This document agrees to give certain water <br />credits to the property owners in exchange for them granting <br />easements to the County covering an existing utility pipe <br />which is already installed: This agreement was negotiated <br />between the. County Utllities -Director and the attorney for <br />the property owners and +s agreeable to both parties. Last <br />week the County received and recorded the neces-sary executed <br />easements. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, -SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, --the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />approved an agreement between IRC and Alberta Bourn, et <br />al for future water rights. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />4.
