Commissioner Eggert had a question about the Change Order <br />that adds $2,000, and Asst. Utilities Director Barton explained <br />that was basically because they had to go deeper with the well <br />and the casings, etc; then we were given credit for some items <br />they did not have to do, and the net net was the $2,525. They <br />went 35' extra. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) author- <br />ized payment of the Final Pay Request and payment <br />of Change Order #1 which is included in the total <br />balance of $7,675.00. <br />APPOINT PROPERTY APPRAISAL BOARD MEMBERS, ETC. Appointment of Property Appraisal Adjustment <br />Board Members, <br />2. Establishing Petition Filing Fee, <br />3. Resolution for Per Diem Compensation for <br />Property Appraisal Adjustment Board Members <br />Pursuant to Chapter 194, Florida Statutes, the Board is <br />advised to: <br />1. Appoint 3 members of the Board to serve on the Property <br />Appraisal Adjustment Board for 1988. <br />2. Set the petition filing fee at $15.00 to be paid to the <br />Clerks of the Property Appraisal Adjustment Board for each <br />separate parcel of property. $15.00 is the amount agreed <br />upon the Board last year and is the statutory maximum. For <br />joint petitions filed pursuant to S. 194.011(3e) a single <br />filing fee shall be charged which should be calculated as <br />the cost of the special master for the time involved in <br />hearing the joint petition and should not exceed $5.00 per <br />parcel.
