REPLAT OF A PORTION OF SEAGROVE WEST <br />Acting Administrator Collins reviewed the following memos: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: �V William G. Collins II - <br />Assistant County Attorney/Acting County <br />Administrator <br />DATE: <br />August <br />17, <br />1988 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Replat <br />of <br />a Portion of Seagrove West _ <br />I recommend that you approve the Replat of a Portion of <br />Seagrove West Subdivision and authorize the Chairman to sign <br />the plat conditioned upon the following: <br />1. The Title Certificate be updated from April 5, 1988 to <br />present. (This can be accomplished by submitting a written <br />certification of title update to the County Attorney's <br />Office by the certifying attorney.) <br />2. Correct: <br />a, the references on the Contract for Required <br />Improvements and Performance Bond to show the <br />Developer, Figgie Properties, Inc., as a corporation in <br />the State of Delaware as is set out on the face of the <br />replat and delete references to said corporation being <br />a Florida corporation; <br />b. line 3 of paragraph 2 on page 1 of the Performance <br />Bond to read "certain Subdivision known as a replat of <br />a portion of Seagrove West"; <br />c. line 5 of paragraph -2 on page 1 of the Performance <br />Bond to read "IRC Land Development Permit No.. 046, to <br />construct required improvements and strike out the <br />words "Seagrove West"; <br />d. in paragraph 7 on page 1 of the Contract for <br />Construction of Required Improvements the language <br />which describes the improvements needs to be stricken <br />and a new description inserted, being "All sewer, water <br />and road improvements as shown on plans prepared by <br />Lloyd & Associates for approved Land Development Permit <br />No. 046."; <br />e. on the Performance Bond, have each change initialed <br />by both William Kohut (for Figgie Properties, Inc.) and <br />Grady L. Dixon (for Insurance Company of North <br />America); and <br />f, on the Contract for Construction of Required <br />Improvements, have each change initialed by William <br />Kohut (for Figgie Properties, Inc.). <br />If the decision is made not to make changes to the existing <br />documents, then new documents with the aforementioned <br />changes will need to be executed. <br />3. Require the Power of Attorney executed by the surety <br />company posting the Performance Bond to be dated by the <br />Secretary of the Insurance Company of North America so that <br />we know this Power of Attorney is in full force and effect. <br />93 <br />AUG 2 3 1988 Boor. 73 591 <br />
