PINTeP <br />DIRECTOR OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />FROM: BILL McCAIN <br />PROJECTS ENGINEER <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />DATE: AUGUST 15, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT - INDIAN RIVER FURNITURE <br />BACKGROUND <br />Keith Lilly owner and developer of Indian River Furniture, has <br />oversized a water line on Route 60 West to serve Indian River <br />Furniture and the surrounding area. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Mr. Lilly required 569 feet of 8 inch line to serve his facility, <br />the County required a 12 inch line per our Master Plan. The County <br />wishes to compensate Mr. Lilly for oversizing of the line in the <br />standard amount of $2.00 per inch, per foot of line, that has been <br />oversized, which amounts to $4,552.00. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the attached Developer's Agreement with <br />Mr. Lilly. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) approved <br />Developer's Agreement with Indian River Furniture as <br />recommended by staff. <br />COPY OF SAID AGREEMENT ON FILE IN OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD. <br />DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT RE WATER SERVICE - MICHAEL MAHER <br />The Board reviewed memo from the Department of Utilities: <br />99 <br />AUG 2 BOOK <br />
