LANG <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />AND MICHAEL CHRISTOPHER MAHER, 1810 HEDDEN PLACE <br />BACKGROUND <br />Mr. Maher has requested water service for his property via the Sixty <br />Oaks Subdivision's water line. Mr. Maher has signed the attached <br />Developer's Agreement outlining his and the County's requirements for <br />this particular connection. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The property owner understands the rear lot connection is temporary. <br />He further understands pending fair share expenses for a future water <br />main slated for Hedden Place. In view of -the proximity of the water <br />line to Mr. Maher's property and the length of the service, 10 feet, <br />this Department is willing to provide utility service to the property <br />owner as outlined in the Developer's Agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends the Board of County <br />Commissioners authorize the Chairman to sign the attached Developers <br />Agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert-, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) approved <br />Developer's Agreement with Michael C.
