APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or addi- <br />tions to the Minutes of the Special Meeting of August 10, 1988. <br />There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Eggert, the Board unanimously (4-0) approved <br />the Minutes of the Special Meeting of August 10, 1988, <br />as written. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or addi- <br />tions to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 16, 1988. <br />There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) approved <br />the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 16, 1988, <br />as written. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioners Eggert and Bowman asked that Items 0 and P be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion, and the Chairman <br />requested the Item R be removed also. <br />A.
