<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, will consider on proposals to change the use
<br />Of land within the unincorporated portions of Indian River County as shown in the maps of this advertisement. A
<br />public hearing on the proposals will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 1988, ot'9.05 a.m. in the County Commis-

<br />THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS SECTION OF THE TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT TO INCORPORATE
<br />ALL AMENDMENTS TO THIS ELEMENT CONTAINED WITHIN THIS PROPOSED ORDINANCE; AND
<br />PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing regarding the approval of these proposed
<br />Comprehensive Plan Amendments.
<br />The plan amendment application may be Inspected by the public at the Community Development Division offices
<br />located on the second floor of the County Administration Building located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida,
<br />between the hours of 8:30 o.m. and 5:00 p.m. an weekdays.
<br />Anyone who may wish to appeal any decision which may be made at this meeting will need to ensure that a ver-
<br />batim record of the proceeding is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal will be
<br />based.
