Chairman Scurlock informed those present that we will now <br />move into public hearings. He explained the procedure to be <br />followed and requested that organized groups have a representa- <br />tive speak for them. He further noted that on Comprehensive Plan <br />amendments and zonings, we do not discuss site plans. <br />Community Development Director Keating reviewed the <br />following memo, noting that four Comprehensive Plan amendment <br />requests were submitted originally and one was subsequently <br />withdrawn so that today we are considering 3 Comprehensive Plan <br />requests: <br />TO: William G.
