ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously added to and <br />deleted items from the Agenda as described above. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or correc- <br />tions to, the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 23, 1988 <br />Commissioner Eggert referred to Page 81, 4th line up from <br />the bottom of the page, and asked that the phrase "broken out of <br />proportion" be corrected to read "blown out of proportion." <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 23-, 1988, <br />as corrected. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Eggert requested that Item G be removed from <br />the Consent Agenda for discussion. <br />A.
