Commissioner Bird believed we should lease for awhile and <br />eventually own a building in the future since our needs are <br />increasing every year. <br />Commissioner Wheeler felt that 15,000 square feet might be <br />right in the long haul since the Constitutional Officers feel <br />very strongly that they need north county office space.
