C. IRCVAS staffing be reviewed within six (6) months and a <br />supplemental report be made to the Emergency Services <br />Coordinating Committee and the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />Chairman Scurlock opened the public hearing, and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard in this matter. Collins 11 <br />FROM: Acting County Administrator REFERENCES: <br />FILE: <br />At the Board meeting of September 20th I was given the direction to <br />implement the plan for pay raises as presented to the Board on that date. <br />The Board expressed their confidence in the approach being taken and gave <br />me the discretion to make some equitable adjustments or fine tunings, and to <br />look at the implementation of a $5,000 salary cap. In the interim I have met <br />with several of the department heads to try and refine and eliminate <br />inequities within their departmental salary structures.
