RECORDING OF MAINTENANCE MAP 34TH AVE. Davis, P.E. <br />Public Works Director�jr <br />Recording of Maintenance Map - <br />34th Avenue between 45th Street and 47th Street <br />Gifford <br />DATE: October 3, 1988 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The County has constructed and maintained 34th Avenue between <br />45th Street and 47th Street during the past four years and prior. <br />Since the surrounding area is a "metes and bounds" subdivision <br />and no record plat has been filed, the County staff has prepared <br />a maintenance map for recordation as permitted in Florida <br />Statutes Section 95.361. After themaintenance map is filed, the <br />road will be paved as part of the Gifford Sewer Project. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that the maintenance map be approved and that <br />the Chairman be authorized to execute the map. No funding is <br />pertinent at this time. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />the maintenance map for 34th Avenue between 45th St. <br />and 47th St., Gifford, and authorized the Chairman <br />to execute the map for filing. <br />MAINTENANCE MAP IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE <br />BOARD <br />38 <br />0CT 11 1988 <br />rooF <br />v_71.482 <br />
