RESOLUTION 88-99 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS APPROVING A <br />REQUEST TO RELEASE A CASH DEPOSIT AND ESCROW AGREEMENT FOR <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS IN THE OAKRIDGE UNIT 2 SUBDIVISION (A THREE <br />PARTY AGREEMENT -DEVELOPER, BANK, COUNTY) <br />WHEREAS, the County, developer, and bank have entered <br />into a three party escrow agreement to guarantee maintenance of <br />Oakridge Unit 2 Subdivision. <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has maintained, kept in repair <br />said improvements and now requests release of escrowed funds. <br />WHEREAS, Public Works has verified that said <br />improvements are acceptable and ..,=escrow agreement has been <br />satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />1. The Board hereby authorizes the bank to release <br />escrowed funds to the Developer. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Eggert <br />Wheee,and uponbeingputto a <br />moved its adoption.
