ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 88-106 amending the assessment roll <br />adopted by Resolution 88-92, with the addition of <br />the words "as amended." <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-106 <br />A`RE,SOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CONFIRMING THE, <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR: <br />POTABLE WATER MAIN ON U.S.#1 <br />BETWEEN 10TH STREET AND THE SOUTH RELIEF CANAL <br />DESIGNATED AS PROJECT UW -87 -05 -DS <br />AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION NECESSITATED BY SUCH <br />PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR WHEN SUCH ASSESSMENTS ARE <br />TO BE PAID; AND PROVIDING FOR AN IMPROVEMENT LIEN <br />TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, by Resolution No. 88-92, adopted *September 20, <br />1988, determined that the potable water main for the <br />property located with boundaries as described in this title, <br />designated as Project No. UW -87 -05 -DS, are necessary to <br />promote the public welfare of the county; and <br />WHEREAS, the said resolution described an improvements <br />program, designated the location of the improvements to be" <br />constructed, the part or portion of expense thereof to be <br />paid by special assessments, the manner in which the said <br />assessment shall be made, and when said assessments are to <br />be paid; <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />§11-44, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />RESOLUTION 88-106 W/ATTACHMENTS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO <br />THE BOARD. <br />OCT 18 1988 <br />12 <br />BOCK 7 4r',', r 53 <br />
