There have been three requests to <br />have PRO District designations and two have been approved, but <br />they are in areas that -are not in similar residential areas. OCR <br />is transitional, but it has to be in a commercial designation or <br />Land Use. Also in regard to buffering, they realize it does <br />create a little more activity and is a Kittle less compatible <br />but did not think it was something that really warranted <br />additional criteria.
