RESOLUTION #88-115 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF <br />NATURAL RESOURCES PURSUANT TO FLORIDA <br />STATUTE 253.111 (2) <br />WHEREAS, the State Department of Natural Resources has notified Indian <br />River County that it intends to dispose of two parcels of land located on 90th <br />Avenue, approximately one mile north of 8th Street, on the east side of 90th <br />Avenue, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Indian River County have <br />determined that the County could benefit from the acquisition of the 90th <br />Avenue parcel to be used as either a west County park or as a Road and <br />Bridge Division western field office, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF. INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />Indian River County proposes to devote such land to either public <br />parks, or other public purposes and hereby notifies the State Department of <br />Natural Resources of the County's interest in acquisition of this parcel. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Bowman <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Eggert and, upon <br />being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K.
