MEETING 11/1/88 <br />The referenced proposed ordinance, which was presented to <br />the Board at its meeting October 4, 1988, has been <br />re -drafted as attached, pursuant to the request of the <br />Board, and is being presented today for conceptual approval <br />only. <br />If the Board is satisfied, the County Attorney's Office will <br />publish the appropriate legal ad for a public hearing to be <br />held in approximately one month. <br />Commissioner Eggert inquired why there is an exemption to <br />the proposed provision for residential occupancies of fewer than <br />three units. <br />Fire Chief John Allen advised that the Department really <br />does not have that much problem in responding on the residential. <br />Most just have the smoke detector devices.
