Subsequently, the Board <br />approved the final version of the Standards. We now find it <br />necessary to update these Standards as well as modify our existing <br />detail sheets. (See attached scope of work.) <br />ANALYSIS <br />Due to the necessity of even more upcoming changes to the Utility <br />Standards text, we want to have them on disk in-house so that we may <br />make our own upgrades.
