INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-.120 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NOT EXCEEDING <br />$4,000,000 WATER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1988, <br />ANTICIPATION NOTES OF THE COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR <br />THE PAYMENT THEREOF AND THE SECURITY THEREFOR; <br />PROVIDING FOR THE RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS OF SUCH <br />NOTES; MAKING CERTAIN COVENANTS AND AGREEMENTS <br />IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR RELATED <br />MATTERS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY FOR THIS RESOLUTION. This <br />resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 215.431, Florida Statutes <br />(1987), as amended, and other applicable provisions of law. <br />SECTION 2. DEFINITIONS. The following terms shall have <br />the following meanings in this Resolution, unless the context <br />otherwise clearly requires: <br />A. "Act" shall mean Section 215.431, Florida Statutes <br />(1987), as amended, and other applicable provisions of law. <br />B. "Authorized Investments" shall mean those <br />investments specified in Section 125.31, Florida Statutes (1987), <br />as amended. <br />C. "Board" shall mean the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida. <br />D. "Bonds" or "Series 1988 Bonds" shall mean the Water <br />.Revenue Bonds, Series 1988, in an aggregate principal amount not <br />to exceed $4,000,000, authorized under the Bonds Enabling <br />Resolution.: <br />E. "Bonds Enabling Resolution" shall mean Resolution <br />88-44 adopted by the Board on August 2, 1988 authorizing the <br />issuance of the Bonds, as amended from time to time. <br />F. "County" shall mean Indian River County, Florida. <br />G.
