Alternative No. 1 <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute the Change Order for <br />installation of the needed material. The cost of this <br />alternative is a $4,100 increase in the project cost. <br />Alternative No. 2 <br />Complete the bridge with less than needed rip -rap protection <br />of banks. This alternative could result in increased <br />maintenance over the life of the project and possibly <br />shorten the useful life gran of the bridge. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />The staff recommends that Alternative No. 1 be approved.
