Collins <br />FROM Acting County Administrator REFERENCES: <br />The Board has apparently approved in concept a land swap with Fairlane <br />Harbor Mobile Home Park which gave Indian River County a portion of <br />right-of-way for Indian River Boulevard (see attached deed from Fairlane <br />Harbor Mobile Home Park). <br />Recommendation <br />recommend the Chairman be authorized to execute the attached deed to <br />Fairlane Harbor Mobile Home Park to complete the exchange. <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously authorized <br />the Chairman to execute the deed to Fairlane Harbor <br />Mobile Home Park to complete the exchange. <br />COPY OF DEED IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />I. Keating, AICP NA¢K <br />Community Development Director <br />DATE: November 21, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH MOVE <br />As you are aware, Environmental Health will be moving out of the <br />county administration building and onto the hospital campus soon. <br />Instead of occurring after the first of the year as I thought it <br />would, this move is scheduled for the first of the month.
