The road plat terminates in a cul-de-sac <br />because the future extension of the road is not desirable. <br />A private property owners' association has been formed to own and <br />maintain the road right-of-way, and the County Attorney's office <br />has approved it as to legal form and sufficiency. No subdivision <br />of property, as defined in the subdivision ordinance, is to occur. <br />All applicable County regulations have been satisfied in regards <br />to final plat approval. . <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval for, the 83rd Drive Road Plat. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously granted <br />Final Plat Approval for 83rd Drive Road Plat as <br />recommended by staff. <br />N.
