Keab nq , <br />Stan Boling, AICP . <br />Chief, Current Development <br />Development <br />Please find attached an engineer's certification to the effect <br />that all required improvements have been constructed in accordance <br />with the land development permit that was issued by the County for <br />the aforementioned subdivision. The Public Works Department has <br />conducted its final inspection of the improvements and are sat- <br />isfied that .they have been constructed in a manner acceptable to <br />the County. <br />For your information, I have attached a copy of staff's original <br />recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners which includes <br />the executed contract for construction of required improvements <br />and letter of credit. <br />Pkort i* .t.y b.� e"Staff recommends that this letter of creditA be released ^and <br />returned to the developers of Sandpointe Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously authorized <br />that the Letter of Credit for Sandpointe Subdivision <br />be released by 80% as recommended by staff. <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES COORDINATING COMMITTEE EMS PLANS <br />Chairman Scurlock informed those present that the Board we <br />delegated responsibility for the area involving emergency <br />services to Commissioner Eggert, and he wished to thank her for <br />handling this difficult task over many months. He believed all <br />separate entities have one desire, and that is improved service <br />to the community and attending people who are in difficulty.
