1. Currently the word processors in use are obsolete and <br />have become almost impossible to get serviced (parts <br />not available, etc.). <br />2. This will allow the Judges to computerize scheduling <br />of court rooms. <br />3. Currently there is one terminal that accesses court <br />information from the IBM 38 which has to be shared by <br />all judicial assistants. The new system will allow <br />them to work at their desk and not have to leave <br />their work station to retrieve information from the <br />IBM 38. <br />4. The new system will allow judicial assistants to <br />share the work load increasing efficiency of the <br />Judge's office. <br />5.
