Book 700, Page 298,, public <br />records of Indian River County, Florida,' which is more <br />particularly described as: <br />The South 290 feet of the West 260 feet of Tract <br />10, Section 2, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, <br />Indian River Farms Co.
