5 <br />,JAhl 1 eJ89 <br />BOOK 75 PAGE 546 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 89-7 declaring certain property acquired <br />for Indian River Boulevard to be a road r/w. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-7 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />ACQUIRED FOR INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD TO <br />BE A ROAD RIGHT OF WAY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that. the undersigned hereby <br />declares that certain property acquired by Indian River <br />County, pursuant to deed executed by 202 Eddy Building, <br />Inc., a Delaware corporation,, dated November 3, 1988, and <br />recorded in O. R. Book 814, Page 388, public records of <br />Indian River County, Florida, is hereby declared to <br />constitute a road right of way, to be added to and made a <br />part of the Indian River Boulevard road right of way. <br />The 'resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Eggert , and, upon being put' to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C.
