NOW, THEREFORE, the Indian River County Board of <br />County Commissioners, as the governing body of the Tourist <br />Development Council, hereby authorizes the Chairman of the <br />Board of County Commissioners to execute the agreement with <br />the Vero Beach -Indian River County Chamber of Commerce. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by <br />Commissioner Scurlock and seconded by Commissioner <br />Bowman , and, being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Gary C.
