FEB 71989 BOOK 7C FALL 02 <br />Administrator Chandler asked that Item G be removed from the <br />Consent Agenda and deferred until the next Commission meeting, <br />and Commissioner Eggert believed Item E should be deleted also as <br />it is a duplicate of action we have already taken. <br />Chairman Wheeler wished to add the presentation of a plaque <br />to A. D. Brown on his retirement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously added to, <br />deferred, and deleted items from today's Agenda as <br />described above. <br />PRESENTATION TO A. D. BROWN <br />Chairman Wheeler called forward A. D. Brown, congratulated <br />him on the quality of his work for the Road & Bridge Department <br />over the last 11 years, his cooperative attitude, and his <br />excellent attendance record, and presented him with a plaque <br />thanking him for his service to the county and wishing him well <br />in his retirement. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />It was noted that Items E and G have been deleted from the <br />Agenda, and Commissioner Eggert asked that Item A be removed from <br />the Consent Agenda for discussion. <br />A. Minutes of Regular Meeting (1/17/89) <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or correc- <br />tions to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 17, 1989. <br />Commissioner Eggert had one correction. On Page 43 where it <br />says Dr. .Phelps, it should be changed to read Dr. Nicosia. <br />2 <br />
