He went on to review <br />the present status of the various phases, advising that the Board <br />authorized the final changes in engineering for Phase 111, which <br />will be done in about three weeks and we will have the legal <br />description taken to the appraisers and will be wrapping up the <br />permitting simultaneously. He was optimistic that everything <br />will be put together this summer. The initial plans for Phase IV <br />have been reviewed and the plan and profile sheets completed. <br />Director Davis hoped to begin construction on Phase III in the <br />late summer and on Phase IV possibly sometime the next year. <br />COMMISSIONER SCURLOCK CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD NORTH EXTENSION (PHASE IV) <br />WORK ORDER NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN GLACE & RADCLIFFE, INC., DATED <br />JULY 12, 1988 AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />Pursuance to the Professional Civil Engineering Services <br />agreement dated July 12, 1988, by and between Indian River <br />County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, <br />hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY, and Glace & Radcliffe <br />Inc., Orlando, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the ENGINEER, <br />this Work Order No. 1 is an extension of and hereby becomes a <br />part of the original agreement(dated July 12, 1988 and <br />hereinafter referred to as the MASTER AGREEMENT) as follows: <br />Section I - Project Limits <br />1) Indian River Boulevard at 37th Street (Barber Avenue) and <br />1350' north and south from the intersection and Barber Avenue <br />approaches within 500' of each side of Indian River <br />Boulevard. <br />Section II - County Obligations <br />142 <br />
