The COUNTY agrees to: <br />A. Provide the ENGINEER with all available drawings, <br />surveys, right-of-way maps, and other documents pertinent to the <br />project which are in the possession of the COUNTY; however, all <br />information requiring research shall be the responsibility of the <br />ENGINEER. <br />Section III - Scope of Services <br />A. The ENGINEER will perform all necessary engineering and <br />design, inspection, approach roadway modifications, and <br />incidental work to evaluate the proposed intersection, correct an <br />alignment problem, and coordinate the final design to accommodate <br />require adjustments resulting from the alignment at this <br />location. Detailed plans, specifications and bidding documents <br />shall be prepared so that the construction can be properly bid, <br />as part of the original overall project. <br />B. After issuance of a work order and written <br />authorization to proceed, the ENGINEER shall consult with the <br />COUNTY to clarify and define the COUNTY'S requirements and <br />objectives for the project, and review all available data. <br />C. The ENGINEER will strive to complete his work on the <br />project within the time allowed by maintaining an adequate staff <br />draftsmen and other employees on the <br />of registered surveyors, <br />work at all times. <br />D. The ENGINEER shall report the status of this project to <br />the Director of Public Works Department upon request and hold all <br />drawings, calculations and related work open to the inspection of <br />the Director or his authorized agent at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br />1. All original documents, survey notes, field books, <br />tracings and the like including all items furnished to the <br />ENGINEER by the COUNTY pursuance to this agreement are, and will <br />remain, the property of the COUNTY. <br />Section IV - Time for Completion <br />A. After issuance of written authorization to proceed, <br />thirty (30) working days will be allowed to delivery of the <br />plans, specifications, and permit applications.
